I recently had my 2013 Honda Pilot repaired after a rear-end collision. I had a somewhat difficult/unique situation with regard to repair costs by the other individual. Gerber staff took over and made the entire situation effortless on my part. They went above and beyond in the customer service department and last but not least, my car repairs were amazing. They don't spare the personal touch! I would very highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision repair services.

I guess you could say that I don't have very good luck when it comes to cars...collisions, road hazard damage, even a tornado...however, my luck changed the day that I called Gerber on Estes in Schaumburg. Every time that I have called to report a calamity, their first question is, "Is everyone alright?" That kind of concern for individuals continues throughout all of the professional services they offer. I have repeatedly been grateful for the way that they work seamlessly with my insurance company, State Farm, to ensure that my vehicle is processed as quickly as possible with convenient rental car service connections so that I can focus on my own responsibilities while I trust them to repair problems that stem from collisions, scratches, weather damage and road hazard issues. Awesome...from the time I pulled up until the time I left...approx. 2 weeks. All the personnel I came in contact with were great...Ryan...Sandra was fantastic, keeping me informed almost daily; and manager Matt was phenomenol. Will recommend Gerber all the time!!!!

I would like to give this facility 10 stars! I have never had such pleasant and helpful service from any other auto repair/maintenance facility. From Sandra at the front desk to Humberto C. who walked me through the initial process to manager Matt H., who went over the repairs when I picked up the car, I couldn't have felt more like a valuable customer. Their consistent attentiveness turned an aggravating experience into an acceptable process. They even managed to get the work done so quickly that I didn't have to rent a car. I believe excellent service is tied to the philosophy and practices of the manager and that Matt deserves a special commendation for the overall excellence of his staff and their work.
