I needed repair on my car after my accident and this was the first time I used Gerber Collision. They kept me informed of the repairs to my car and were so professional. You could easily tell that customer satisfaction is their priority. The repairs on my car were perfect, and the Manager Matt explained everything to us without rushing so that we could ask any questions necessary. Everyone I spoke to there seemed to enjoy their job very much and enjoyed making the customers happy. I will always highly recommend them and I will continue to only use them in the future.

This is an excellent place to do business. All the people are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. They are efficient, their office is clean and organized. They were helpful taking care of getting the rental car while my car was in for repair. They kept me up to date as to when the repair would be completed. An all around excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.

After having a horrific experience with another big name collision repair shop for my sons car, it was a totally difference experience at Gerber for my car. From the day I had my car looked at for damage until the day I picked it up after repairs, the experience was excellent. The people were nice and seemed to care about you and your car. Even though there are closer shops to where I live, I would return to this one if I ever need repairs again. I would highly recommend it.

I was very, very happy with my experience with the Gerber Collision & Glass shop on Estes in Schaumburg, IL. When the car was towed into their shop, my car was in sad shape. There was a ton of damage on the passenger side of my 2015 Honda Accord. Thanks to Darryl, Matt & their crew, my car was returned to me as though it was a brand new car all together. They did a remarkable job! My car looks amazing! I'm beyond thrilled to have my car back, and I'm so very grateful to them for all their hard work!!!

Repairs were handled very professionally. i was kept in the loop on the repairs . everything was explained to me very clearly. the repairs are great. car looks new. The extra bonus was the car was washed & cleaned inside as well. my car was in desperate need of a vacuuming . I thank them for that. I would recommend this shop & if need be I would return.

2/21/18 We went to Gerber Auto Body Shop with damage to the plastic back bumper on our car, which had been estimated at approx $1200. Because Gerber was close by, we chose them for a second opinion. The choice could not have been better !! Ben, a genius, an angel and a wonderful service tech immediately looked at our car and said to give him a few minutes to see what he could do. In less then 15 minutes he came back smiling and said we wete going to be pleasantly surprised. The bumper looked almost brand new & he said the charges was $0.00 !! My friend and I both hugged him and offered money for a tip which he refused and said if we wanted to do something nice to go to the web site and leave a comment there. So my additional comment is to go to Gerber Auto Body Shop with any and all of your body shop needs and give Ben another big hug ... read more

This is the place to go for car auto repairs. Over the years, third time our family has been here and first time review. I'm not sure which stands out the most. The folks that work here or the excellent job they've done to my car. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent repair job on my car and it carries a life time warranty. The car was in for a short time and completed two days sooner. I hope I won't need to be back but if I do, I'll be more than happy and trust them for all my future body auto repairs.
