Kyle was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the email updates and phone calls along the way. Really great service. My only concern was that there was still some chipping around the door frame that wasn't touched up with paint. Kyle is supposed to follow up with me on this.

The service was only out performed by the staff. the receptionist was totally professional and one of the nicest people i have ever met. From the moment I contacted Gerber they have were professional, efficient and honest. My work was completed on time and communication was provided prior to pick up. Repairs were completed on my car as specified with no issues or complaints. My car was returned in pristine shape including inside. I would be glad to do business with Gerber again, should I need body or glass repair.

I would like to share my experience with Gerber Collision in Sanford. From the very first communication with Sybil I was impressed with the level of service! All communication was timely and my concerns were addressed. They meant all deadlines and exceeded my expectations! From the front desk receptionist to the manager and both area marketing managers, they did an excellent job. I would recommend this location to anybody who wants their vehicle repaired by professionals who care and treat your vehicle like it is their vehicle. I had the pleassure (yes, pleasure!) of visiting Gerber Collison & Glass in Sanford today to get a repair estimate on my car. Tire Kingdom, where I get my car serviced, recommend them to me - and I'm so glad they did! John R, the general manager, assisted me and was very polite and professional and handled my request promptly. This facility was very clean and the waiting room was comfortable. The receptionist (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) was very professional and polite as well and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and offered me a refreshment. Fortunately, my repair was minor and John took care of it immediately with no cost which I grately appreciated. Very fast service. Had an accident Saturday which damaged the windshield, bumper, fog light and such. Got car towed to them on the following Monday and have the car back Friday in the same week. They were kind and did a great job. I'm very satisfied.

It's my pleasure and privilege to say how very much I appreciate Mr. John R. and his staff in Sanford, Florida. On July 30, 2014, my new car was damaged and had to be towed to the Sanford shop. Mr. R. then arranged for it to be taken to the dealership, and for the next three weeks he worked tirelessly with the dealer to replace the engine, plus other damages. His persistence in contacting my insurance company (which was threatening to deny my claim) and his clarification of how the accident happened turned the insurance company around and they agreed to cover the claim.
