The employees were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and took their time to explain exactly what was wrong with the car. They even helped me by giving advise for how to fix previous botched work by another mechanic. When I picked up my car it looked better than ever. I had a "Monte Carlo" logo that needed put on and they hand painted it when they could not find a match to the other side then took off and re-did the other side which was not affected by the accident.

Outstanding service. I was so annoyed by Carmax that I pulled my car and took it to Gerber by recommendation from Usaa. They repaired my car in 1 day at a fraction of the cost.

John and your team worked extra hard and was able to return my truck a day earlier than estimated so we could have it for our trip out of town over Memorial Day weekend. Very friendly and professional staff. The manager, John, proved to be very knowledgeable and kept his promise. Looking at the car now, you'd never know it had a dent and they gave my car a superb cleaning to boot! Highly recommend them.

They worked directly with my insurance carrier, assisted with my car rental and even emailed me a daily status of my vehicle.
