Had the rear bumper on my 2008 Toyota Highlander repaired after a minor fender bender. As I expected, the repair and paint were perfect. What I didn't expect was that when I picked up the car, they had cleaned the interior for me! No small task! My WeatherTech floor liners were filthy from this past winter. Not only were those spotless, but the dash had been wiped down too and everything vacuumed. That was definitely an element of customer service that I appreciated and will tell all of my friends and colleagues about. Gerber is the best place for autobody repairs. Thank you!

We brought the car in for warranty work on a repair that Gerber did for us 5 years ago. They really stood by their warranty, and did a spectacular job courteously and right on schedule. Service could not be better. Highly recommend.

I chose to go to Gerber in Round Lake Il to have my Jeep Commander fixed. My family has taken 2 of their cars there and have absolutely loved how they looked when they were finished. I am very happy with the service that we received from the time we dropped it off till the time we picked it up. My car looks fantastic & I will recommend to all my friends and family to take their cars there. The work done on my car was flawless and finished ahead of time than what I was told which was a wonderful surprise. My car was also cleaned both inside and out which was another great perk! The customer service and repair service received was outstanding. This is the second time this year I have had my car repaired and the people there are great. They went above and beyond to work with the insurance company on my rental car as I was out of town when the car was done and the insurance company wanted to charge me. My car looks amazing!

Took my car in based on my insurance companies recommendation, and I have to say it was the best service I have received to date. There were multiple set-backs (not their fault, waiting on parts and when they sent it to another specialty shop) but the shop kept me appraised almost daily with where I was in the repair process. The car looked great when it was returned, highly impressed. I have already 'wreck-ommended' this company to a friend!
