I was very pleased with my experience with Gerber. Chris explained everything to me and supplied me with the estimate. Picked up the car when promised. Looks great. Also everyone I dealt with including the office staff were all very friendly, courteous and professional. Additionally I was able to pick up and drop off my rental at your facility. Everything could not have been easier. And yes, I will always recommend Gerber to anyone who asks (or should I say highly Wreck-ommend) Thanks again for everything.

Just want to say, "Thanks", to Juan L. for his help. I was in to get a estimate for my vehicle because someone scratch the side of my car. I asked him to see if it can be buffed out, since the car was old or it had to be painted. He took initiative to go and buffed out the section it was hit. Juan is definitely a true trooper in satisfying a customer. Definitely needs to be recognized and will be coming back here to get my car fix in the future.

I love how there were many forms of communication while my car was being fixed. Scott was amazing! I got a phone call less than 24 hours after I dropped off my car. Scott gave me a full detailed description of what was going to happen, answered all of my questions and gave me reassurance that my car was in great hands. I received text messages and phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was very excited when I found out that my car was going to be done earlier than what I was originally told. I had an experience with another auto body place a few months back. My daughter was involved in a car accident. They were less than informative. I hope that this doesn't have to happen again, but if it does, God forbid, I will always choose Gerber!!!!
