I recently was in an car accident and the customer service I received from the Gerber staff was excellent. From the time I dropped off my car, the staff always kept me informed on the progress of my car and they took care of all the paperwork involving the insurances. This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. From the moment I stepped in the door, all the staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful. My car was backed into and destroyed the front fender. Gerber did phenomenal work and brought my car back to perfect condition. Not only was the workmanship fantastic, they also assisted with the rental car process, and gave me both phone call and text updates on the progress of the repair. Going forward, if anyone needs a collision repair, Gerber will hands down be my recommendation!

I have never had a vehicle worth fixing before, so I was guided along as to how it worked and how I would have a rental waiting and they were all so very helpful. When I came back to get my vehicle Matt L. was very helpful and nice. He brought in the light up stall and we looed over it together to make sure every thing was good. I was very impressed.

These guys are great! Second time I hit a deer in 6 months and took it here both times. The whole process with them was so painless. We filed a claim and Took the car in for an estimate-they ordered the parts-let us know when to bring it in and they arranged for our rental. They said it would be a couple days -and we already have the car back. Looks great too!! Definitely recommend these guys!! Thank you

Scott, Jessica and Malcolm were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish! Communication was excellent. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. My vehicle was involved in a minor collision, I brought it in on Monday and it was all ready to be picked up by Thursday! My car honestly looks better that it did before the collision.
