I had a very large dent on the rear corner bumper of my 2006 Toyota from being hit by another car.. I took it to Gerber Collision in Romeoville, and in 2 days I picked it up looking Brand new.. A MOST MAGNIFICENT job.. I couldn't be more satisfied.. I truly recommend them HIGHLY..

After, the collision I didn't know what to expect. I received a call, a message was left, after Gerber received the paperwork from the insurance. We set up an appointment scheduled a date. When I arrived I was announced and this young lady Kristen came to greet me. I showed her the damage, she escorted back in the shop. Kristen went to work, explained the procedure. I dropped my vehicle, the rental service, picked me up. Kristen knew how uncomfortable I felt about the rental car, and the estimated time for the repair. She worked on getting my vehicle sooner than, the original quote. My over all experience, in a heart beat I would encourage anyone to see Gerber Collision and glass. They even washed my vehicle. They are the best! Thank you

Ive always had a good experience from Gerber collision and glass. Even when something needed attention from past repairs Mark was always willing to step up quickly and get the job done as soon as possible. They have always returned my car interior and exterior and you can ask Mark he manager on this, as clean as I keep it which means alot to me.

I am very happy with the work that was done on my car. It looks brand new again. I am also extremely impressed with the cleanliness of my car. They detailed the inside as well as the outside. What a welcome surprise! I would definitely recommend Gerber to everyone I know.

I just wanted to say a few words about the treatment I received at the Romeoville location. I had my SUV repaired there and a spot was missed so I called them and Mark came to my place of employment personally and picked up my vehicle, took it back to his shop and repaired and drove back to my work before I got off. They also cleaned my vehicle which was not expected but much appreciated. Great customer service and I highly recommend them.Thank again Mark!
