My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass, and my vehicle. My '04 Liberty Jeep, I was rear ended., needed repairs. Gerber is my insurance's, preferred provider, and once again was a scary time, for me with my car. The team at the Romeoville location, driven by Mike the service manager. Francisco was my estimator, he took me inside the office making sure that I was comfortable, he provided me a written quote. Mike said the repair would be done in approx, 7 business days. He offered to send my car to another location, to have it back sooner, he was a little backed up. I told him I would wait for my vehicle to be repaired by his team. I'm very satisfied with this branch of Gerber C&G. They were consistently professional, making sure they accommodated my requests and let me know of any change with the repair process or the insurance claim. My car was finished before schedule, and their texting service let kept me up to date in real time. The repairs themselves on my vehicle look great.

I was completely satisfied with the work done. It was a plus that they had an online special that covered 5 days of my rental as well as financed my deductible. This was my second time using them and would definitely use them again if needed. Mindy the front desk associate was always pleasant and helpful.

The guys at Gerber did a great job. First I received exceptional customer service from the front desk lady (I forgot her name) Francisco my sales rep did a great job as well. The mechanics did such a great job with my front bumper it made my car look brand new. Also amazing job cleanig my vehicle on the inside.

David greeted me promptly when entered. Gave me estimate quickly, and very close to final price. Was courteous,and mad sure all I needed was done. Also Mindy at the desk, was very helpful. Kept me in touch with was being done, and updated on finsh time. All were courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to getting a liitle more body work done on my pickup. The staff was very friendly and professional. Although there was a small issue on delivery they immediately assured us it would be taken care of. They then made sure we got the car back when we needed it. Overall they made it a better experience than we thought it would be.
