Gerber did a fantastic job!! We actually left a closer repair shop because their work was inferior. Gerber was totally different. They kept us updated on the repair progress for both of our cars and the body work was superior. Not only were our cars repaired, but they were vaccumed and cleaned when we took them home. Gerber runs a professional shop.

I was rear-ended and the responsible party's insurance offered me to go to their in-network repair center or an alternative location. As soon as I heard the Gerber name was on the list, I knew you would be my choice. Two other family members had received collision repair work from you in the past and were very pleased so I knew I would be in good hands. Just as expected, the service was great! My car looks like nothing had ever happened and had even been vacuumed and cleaned on the inside! Gerber communicated with me very promptly and sent me text updates. I am truly pleased with your services and will continue recommending you!

I am very pleased with the results. I would recomend this place to other people. My only feedback is that there needs to be better comunication between the insurance company and gerber, the work needed extra days and I had to call liberty mutual for them to pay extra for the car insurance, it would be great if Gerber and Liberty mutual would deal with that without me having to call the insurance company again.

This was the best customer service I have ever received from the initial estimate until we picked up our car. Jared explained everything in detail, and kept us updated. The work that was performed was of excellent quality. The office was clean And welcoming as was every employee we encountered. We would recommend gerber to everyone and if the need ever arose we would use them again

Incredible service. Patrick and the other members of the gerber team stayed after hours to get me a COD estimate and listened to my input. They turned the car around in 2 days and it looks great. It also met the amount i had in my head for the amount of work which doesn mean much but it made my decision easy to go with Gerber

I was allowed to store my car in the garage while the insurance information and estimates are being sorted out--it was raining hard and my car would have been soaked on the inside due to the damage sustained. I was contacted on my phone with the estimate once the insurance information was sorted out. After I decided to go with Gerber for the repair, I receive email status updates as the repair progresses. My question via phone calls and emails were all replied to. I was out of the country when the car is ready, they allow me to keep the car on site until I return to the U.S. to pick it up. I am happy with the repair job and feel good about the warranty on the repair.
