I wanted three estimates, but having dealt with Gerber before, I was hoping to see the same service and expectation from them again. From the time I showed up, and got the efficient and expert estimate from Sean Grant, I knew that I was going to decide on this company to fix my car. Upon receiving the estimate, which was reasonably lower than the other two, I had the "deal breaker!". I gladly chose Gerber, and again, have no regrets having done so!

Sean from Gerber was very clear with what needed to be done and communicated the status of the auto body repair well and often. The work looks very good. In fact, my car looks better leaving Gerber than it did before the damage. Sean cleaned the inside out in detail, picking coins out from between my seats and providing a nice stack of them, wiping down other parts of my car. I had a very difficult tree sap marks on my hood that i tried and tried to remove and Sean, without my asking, cleaned and removed the sap marks on the hood and cleaned the rest of the car. The car looks great. thanks!

Excellent service! The accident happened at 6 am, and by 10:30 am Gerber was calling us to say they had an estimate for the repairs, had talked with our insurance, and had ordered all the needed parts for our car. Wow! Even with the extensive rebuild and being over 2 big holidays, they still had it all done in just over 2 weeks. Car now looks and drives like new. And Sean was a pleasure to work with - kept us informed on the progress and answered all our questions. Thank you!

While Gerber as NOT the original shop the Toyota dealer recommended to me I chose to work with Gerber as they are associated with USAA. I thought the team did a great job, timely, paid attention to details and my car looks new. It came back washed, cleaned and ready to go. I was pleased with the service and I shared my feedback with the service manager at Toyota as well.

Wow! We're very impressed with Gerber Collision & Glass in Redmond. The folks there are pleasant, timely, and professional. My husband hit a deer back in April near our home, which broke the grill, passenger headlight, and dented the hood. The deer walked away. We chose Gerber Collision & Glass based on proximity and stellar Yelp reviews, as well as coverage by USAA. Our Jeep came back good as new, and in just a few days! You couldn't tell there was ever an accident, and Gerber went above and beyond by touching up the paint on other parts of the Jeep, and practically detailing it inside and outside. Jose was our contact at Gerber, and he always answered my phone calls and kept me up-to-date on the Jeep's progress. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys to my friends and family! Very impressed!!

Overall a great job. Minor damage, took a bit longer then expected, but the result is outstanding. The vehicle was also cleaned, inside and out, and looked perfect at pickup. Staff friendly and accommodating. Gerber was recommended by our insurance company, who took $100 off our deductible of $250, since we used them as recommended!

Gerber were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly, updates were timely (they even texted me with info about my progress and completion time), the office was clean and comfortable, and they go the extra mile. They even fully detailed my car and provided me with a little oil top off because I was a few quarts low even though I was only in for minor fender work. They worked closely with my insurance so I had very little to do, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, timely, quality repair job.

Gerber made an excellent impression. First, the repairwork was flawless. The staff, both front desk and technicians, were pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. My car was cleaned and buffed, not just where the repair work required. Gerber personnel go over and above expected service. I definitely will provide positive feedback to my own insurance carrier which is other than Farmers.
