Amazed at the great customer service. I have worked with the public in my current job for over 28 years, and was very impressed with the great service provided by Brett and the rest of the staff at Gerber. They followed up with me very regularly, and were always returned my calls promptly and very helpful in answering all my questions. Being in a wreck is a terrible experience, but these guys made it as painless as possible. I loved getting the text message updates, and they emailed as well so I knew when my car would be ready and could plan accordingly. They finished exactly when they said they would, did great work for a great price, were so nice and pleasant to work with. And my car looks better than it did before the fender bender. What more could you ask?
