The staff were extemely friendly. Brittany and Jodi, and all the staff were willing to help me, and walked me through the process. They even called the rental car company to have them come and pick me up and take me to get a rental car (Enterprise, whom I was also completely satisfied with, and I hope you continue to partner with them!). It was a smooth and easy process. I felt valued, and prioritized as a customer. I was completely satisfied with their quality of work, their customer service, and their timeliness of getting my car repaired. I will diffinetely be WRECK-ommending them to everyone I know for their repairs. Thank you Gerber for all your hard work!

thanks the mechanic who worked on my care.I came on a mornin when there was snow all around and my car got struck in the driveway.The Mechanic helped me get my car out and was very concerned how i would o back home after i leave my car for repair.The prompt text messages were great and everything was done on time,smoothly and very well managed system.I would recommend Gerber collision to my friends and would use them for future also.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and my car ended up looking better than it did even before my collision. But what I was most impressed with was their line of communication. I was kept up to date on the status of my car throughout the whole process, and no stone was left in-turned. I will definitely be recommending Gerber to anyone I know who needs automotive help!

Gerber repaired my car four months ago following a rear end collision and restored my car as good as new. The repair was perfect. Just recently, I ran into a ditch while attempting to avoid a deer and sustained damage when the rear bumber guard was pulled off the vehicle as it slid into the muddy ditch. Again, Gerber fixed the car as good as new. I have the highest respect for the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the staff at Gerber. I have subsequently referred co-workers and friends to Gerber. I hope I don't need them again, especially so soon, but if I sustain damage to my car again, I would take it to Gerber.

An awesome shop. They had my car ready a week earlier than they had estimated. They kept me informed and did a great job. They even went out of their way to find my radio pass code. The car looks better than in went into the shop! I highly recommend Gerber!
