From Jennifer at the front desk, to Ben the appraiser, and all who workedthey were outstanding!! I had hail damage and not only did they get me in for an appraisal quickly the had times available almost immediately to do the repair. Knowing I had to fix my schedule they even called me agasin to see how they could help. They also finished the car well ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond as my car hasn't been that clean inside and out since I bought it! These guys are for real and work hard to make things happen for you. Definitely a 10+ in my book. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them!

The service given to us from both Progressive Insurance and Gerber Collision & Glass was outstanding. The people could not have been more friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. About 6 years ago, I hit a deer in the mountains in which major damage was done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was extremely happy with the work that was performed on my Grand Cherokee by Cars Collision; it looked as great as it did when I first purchased it. So here it is 2012 and I own a 2007 Toyota 4Runner which I keep in mint condition. I never would have guessed that the wind would snatch my door out of my hand as I opened it to step out and check my mailbox. A small part was bent in the driver side door and the window would not roll up or down without making a loud popping sound. "Their service was above average. Besides the excellent cosmetic collision repair, there were a number of other touch ups I requested. Never did they give me the impression that they thought I was being too "picky". The job was done as if it was their own car. The manager (Mike) was very professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. He made a bad experience a learning experience. I recommend this shop highly."

I recently had need of some auto body repair on my brand new Honda Accord do to a collision with a concrete post. My insurance company suggested Gerber Collision for the estimate on repairs. I decided to have Gerber complete the repairs as well as the estimate. I am completely satisfied with the job that was done. The repoairs were completed a couple of days ahead of the initial schedule. The finished product was more than acceptable. I can, without reservation, reccommend Gerber to anyone needing auto body work done. Everyone I dealt with here at their Pueblo West, Co. shop was freindly and professional.

Excellent job repairing passenger door handle and repainting metallic green door on my Mustang. Staff were prompt, friendly, kept me well informed and most of all did a great job!
