I took my '02 Toyota Highlander in for warranty work from repairs that were originally done when the facility was owned by Cars Collision. As it turned out, the repair needed to the glass mechanism on the driver's door was not a result of ill performed repairs that were originally done, but was a result of a mechanical failure of a part that had been replaced. The General Manager(Michael Howard) not only had the door panel removed so that I could visually see the cause of the problem, but went above and beyond by locating a replacement part and having it reglued to the glass so it would work properly. All this was done at no charge to me. This action, taken by this facility, has made me a customer for life. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services in the near future, but if so, feel assured that the actions of the staff were ... commendible. I would also like to briefly acknowledge a member of your office staff who was very professional, helpful and greeted every customer who entered or called while I was there with a smile on her face and a smile in her voice. The staff at Gerber collision are great to work with from Lisa at the front desk and Jillie my person of contact and Mike the General Manager My Truck was Damaged during a hunting trip and I thought there was only body damage but upon further inspection as My vehicle was being repaired they found the frame had also been damaged,they kept me informed at every step of the repair. With the frame damaged they had to replace it since the vehicle was returned there has been no squeaks ,clanks, or Bangs the vehicle runs and looks great. I would recommend Gerber Collision to any one that need body work done .

Customer service, assessment and estimate, relationship with insurance representative, attention to detail, and, especially, quality of the work couldn't have been better. My experience with Gerber was more than satisfactory. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Julie who did my estimate explained every step and process that would have to be done to repair my vehicle. During the repair process I received several calls on the status of my vehicle and was notified of further repairs that were needed. The final result of my repair was excellent. I cannot tell there were any repairs done. I am extremely happy with the service I relieved from this shop and will be recommending this shop to my friends and family.

Gerber has done repair work for me twice in the last few months and I could not be happier with the results. They are very professional, courteous and timely in their work. The secretery to the nice young man who provided me with transportation clould not have have been more helpful and polite. The repair work was exceptional and I know what poor work looks like. I can't say enough about the way you repaired our car/Lincoln MKZ after our encounter with Bambi. Everyone was courteous, helpful with insurance and did an outstanding job repairing our car in a most timely manner considering the amount of damage. You even cleaned the inside of the car. We made it back to Tucson with no problems. Thanks for a job well done!
