I can't say enough great things about Gerber Collision & Glass on E. Crafton Avenue! From the initial estimate to the final repairs, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I've never experienced this level of communication and professionalism from any other repair shop. They kept me informed every step of the way, completed my car exactly when they promised, and even coordinated everything with Enterprise for my rental car, making the entire process stress-free. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations-my car looks absolutely AMAZING! They even started it up before I arrived so the air conditioning could cool it down, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Very pleasant experience. Customer service was amazing and so was the repair. Everything was done in the estimated time AND the shop kept me informed/updated with everything as well. They even made the rental process smooth. Honestly they made the WHOLE process smooth and my car looks amazing! Obviously no one wants to have collision damage to their vehicle but if I ever find myself in this predicament again I will be sure to choose Gerber. Thank you all again.

Jessica is very well aware of my situation and she made my life so comforable. I have been there many of times and their staff and techichains who repairs my demages. The whole staff really work together very well. I have no negatives things to say this auto body shop in Crafton. I highly recommend this company to everyone!! The service was excellent. My car was done in four days. Awesome sevice all the way around. They had Enterprise pick me up for my rental and when I came back for my car, I just left the rental there. The staff was also great to work with.
