Working with Gerber has been easy & seamless. Chris and the entire staff is very professional & friendly. I found a leak after my car repair & they had me come back in asap. They fixed the issue & the shop tech came to speak with me directly about it, he also apologized. You can tell the culture at Gerber is customer focused and they care about their clients. I will definitely work with them again in the future. I can't say enough good things about Gerber!

We were recommended by our insurance company to bring our vehicle to your facility for a collision repair after being hit by someone in a parking lot. We were contacted immediately by your facility, you made it convient for us to bring our vehicle in for an estimate, set up the rental car and contacted the insurance company of the gentaleman that hit us. The vehicle was repaired within a day. We have no complaints about the service we had.

Kudos to the staff at Gerber Collision on University in Peoria. They were efficient, pleasant, helpful and very professional. I was given a status each step of the way by text and phone calls from beginning to end. The estimate process with Ezra was convenient as they open early. He was pleasant and very professional. Jim worked with me and my insurance company which made everything smooth and seamless. He even addressed an issue I had with my power steering. Jim went over and above to research my concern on the internet and provided an update. I've been going there for 17 years because they do a great job! The bodywork is perfect and they matched the pearl white paint perfectly. They kept me informed and the office staff is very knowledgable. I highly wreck-ommend!
