The staff at the Peoria location was aboslutely wonderful. I was out of the country during my repairs and they were flexible and easy to work with. I was allowed to drop off my vehicle early and received emails with updates while I was away. The repairs were finished earlier than expected and the staff did a wonderful job explaining my final summary and payment through insurance. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you!

The service that Ezra and the team gave was outstanding, professional and timely. Our car was hit while parked and they worked with the other cars insurance provider to appraise and repair our car quickly. They were also regularly communicating with the rental car company so that they were aware of how long we would be utilizing a rental car.

They texted me and phoned me to give me updates on the progress of the work. The repair was completed 4 days BEFORE the estimated time to complete. They buffed out and touched up scratches that were not part of the established claim at no charge. Absolutely superb service.
