Indiana - Gerber Team was great! Danielle, Rick and the rest were very accomodating, professional and personable from start to finish. I was hit from behind and had to deal with the stress of getting my car repaired. They made every aspect of this experience easy - from explaining the repairs to me, the length of time it would take, to helping me set up the rental car for the interim. They turned this negative experience into a very positive one with their professional service, personable demeanor and excellent results, delivered sooner than expected. Illinois - The repair work was excellent as was delivery of the repaired vehicle; we were told exactly what was done and why, to effect the repair and not to apply wax for at least 30 days which was helpful and was planning on a run through the car wash. The guarantee was explained so we know exactly what is covered and, more importantly, what is not covered. All in all we were more that satisfied with the service provided by Gerber.

Illinois - When I found thqt my car had been sideswiped I took it to State Farm for an estimate on fixing it and then with out hesitation I took it to Gerber. I knew that if there were any other damage to my car that State Farm did not see Gerber would let them know and I would have no worry. Well that is what happened there was more damage . Also when I brought my car in The Sales person ( Matthew Hershberg helped me with renting my loner car and I was ver apprecitive for that extra service. Upon completion of my repair he also helped me return tlhe rented car so I would not have to. My care was fixe in the time they said and I got it bace all cleaned on the inside . I liked working with Gerber because it is full service --served with a smile.
