Georgia - After several weeks I finally had an opportunity to get my windshield replaced. I use my car for work so I had to wait for a day off. I was given a 4 hour block of time (8am - 12) and told they would call on their way. After 3 1/2 hours I called to find out if they were running late. They could not reach the tech & told me they left messages and I should heard from him soon. He finally called (some time after 2pm) and stated he didn't know where my windshield was. I told him never mind!

Colorado - I was in a fender bender in late April and Gerber in Longmont was recommended for service. I just wanted to send out a huge thank you to this office! They were extremely helpful in explaining how everything would work and continued to provide me mobile updates throughout the entire process so that I knew exactly where the repairs stood. When I got the vehicle back it was as if nothing had happened and it was clean! A very professional and courteous group and I highly recommend their services to anyone on the Front Range.

Illinois - I can't give any yet because I was given a window of 8-12. It's now 1:45 and no technician! I have a child I need to take to a doctors appointment at 2:30. When I called to find out the situation, the woman on the phone said her would be here within the hour (which has already passed) and will tell him I have to leave at 2:30 . Now I am questioning what kind of quality work can be done in 30 min when you state it takes 90 minutes. I am wishing I went with Safelite. I have a very bad feeling about this. First I was victimized by theft, and now this is proving to be another hassle. I requested 8-12 for a reason, and I expect something to be done to rectify this.

Georgia - USAA referred us to Gerber after a severe hail storm in late March. Brad Wilson and the enitre staff were professional and courteous. They went above & beyond the call of duty to meet our need. When my husband and I picked up the repaired vehicle several weeks later we were WOWed to say the least. Not only are we grateful to have USAA, but also Gerber Collision as its partner. Our car looks brand new!! And we owe it all to the folks at Gerber!
