Illinois - I was really impressed with the service and the friendly attitude of your employees. Matthew Hershberger handled my claim in the office and through out the repair. He was efficient and friendly. Your office staff was friendly and helpful and I was amazed at the results of my cars repair. My car looked like it just came out of the showroom! The shop was on 8250 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, IL. Your repair staff and office staff should be highly commended. The work that I have had done has always been 5 Star. Thank you!

Kansas - GMAC you should send all your cars that need repair to Gerber in Matteson IL. they are the BEST, the repair done on my car was the best I have see in a long time. the repair look like my car was never hit and the paint match sooooo good that I (and I really check the paint job done on my car) have nothing bad to say about how well they match the three stages they had to do on my car to get my color, they put the white gold and not that yellow that this other place GMAC had me to take my car to in the pass had put on my car. To Gerber staff you guys are the best, from the young lady at the front desk to the manager to the ones that worked on my car thank you so much for the great job and how careing yall are. I will tell any and everyone about Gerber in Matteson, from how they welcome you the moment you walk In the door, to the up ... date they give as they are repairing, to time they give your baby (LOL) back to you. Colorado - Johnny Romero was my glass technician and he was wonderful. He called to let me know when he'd arrive and replaced the windshield in a timely and professional manner. He was friendly and polite and answered all of my questions. I'd definitely use Gerber again.

Illinois - David Martinez and Yung Lee were the men who who worked on my car after it was involved in a hit and run accident. They work at the shop in Skokie, IL. David called right away with my estimate and informed me that he would keep in touch every Tues and Thurs with updates- to which he kept his word. As a matter of fact, they called me on Wed to inform me of a betterment charge. The car was scheduled to be completed in less than two weeks. They completed the job three days early. :) They were polite, honest, and did a great job. (I had my mechanic check it :) . They passed both my customer satisfaction expectations and WOW, they did a GREAT job on my car. Thanks so much and I will surely recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs body work.

Illinois - The staff was very friendly. I was called with updates and they had my car back to me asap. The car is in great repair and they even cleaned it. Best service I have ever experienced. Should my car be damaged again I will definitely return to Gerber Collision. Fantastic job.
