Illinois - The man who came was exceedingly polite and very nice; unfortunately, the day he came was the same day that we had a huge downpour and he came just as it was building up. He asked if it would be OK if he did it on a different day because he did not want to be caught outside replacing my windshield--both for himself and for my car. I readily agreed and he came back the next day and he did a great job in an incredibly short period of time and I have been very pleased. Unfortunately, I do not remember what his name was, but he came to Cook Memorial Library and replaced my windshield right in the parking lot. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated what he did and how he did it. Thank you very much. Colorado - The technician was John Romero and he was excellent--knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I was told that a receipt would be emailed to me, but it has been a week and I've not received it.

Illinois - "Horrible customer service for the Mobile Glass Service. Scheduled appointment was from 800-1200 and at 230pm, we're still sitting there waiting for the driver that "cant be reached on the phone." Finally spoke with a manager who had every excuse in the book. Technician finally showed up at 5pm and didn't really offer an apology. Wasted an entire day waiting for this company. Never again will i call Gerber. All this could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call to us... THE CUSTOMER."

Indiana - Gerber personnel were very professional and my car looks as good as new! Also, I received a total of three estimates and Gerber had the best estimate for the work that was needed. They were very thorough in explaining what was going to be done to my car and that the finished product (bumper) would look as if it was the original bumper that came with the car. They were right....it looks as good as new!

Georgia - I had the unfortunate experience of having my car towed to a collision repair facility. I was recommended by my insurance carrier; USAA as a very reputable and nationwide auto collision repair facility. Because of USAA's recommendation, I had my car towed to Gerber Collision & Glass in Lithia Springs, GA. After about two weeks, I was informed that my car was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, it was obvious to me that the body work (driver's fender, front and rear bumper area) was not completed. I informed the service rep that accompanied me to inspect my car that I was not satisfied with the repairs and would not agree to accept my car. He acknowledged, agreed and apologized that Gerber typically provides a Quality Control check prior to customer pick-up. Upon my second attempt to pick-up my car, after being told that it was ... ready, the body work showed some improvement but I was still not satisfied. I was told that the driver's side fender was replaced, however, the approximate area of damage to the initial fender, appears to have been repaired versus replaced. The front bumper area appears to not have been properly sanded before painted, and the buffing did not blend with the rest of the vehicle. I reside about 50 miles from the collision facility, and between the commute and the failed attempts to pick-up my car, this has caused me to loose money from my employment. Awesome staff, my second visit in less than a month for two separate claims. Veronica at the front desk is very knowledgable and pleasant to talk with! Making a bad experience in to a positive one. Will defiantly use this Boyd again! :) They do great work and my car looks brand new again!

Colorado - The staff was absolutely great, especially the estimator Bryan Royer! He was very personable and knowledgeable. Illinois - the work that was performed by gerber collision was great .I am very satisfied with my car,the dent was removed and the pant matched perfect . my car was ready for pick up at reasonable time (fast).i recomend going to gerber collision to anyone.

Georgia - My estimator was Theresa Dykes. She and the repair team did an excellent job at taking care of me efficiently and repairing my rear bumper. They even removed the scratches from my bumper that were not due to the accident and washed my car. They are all awesome!

Indiana - I HAVEN'T HAD A INSURANCE CLAIM IN 35+ YEARS. GERBER MADE IT SO SIMPLE FOR ME AND PROMPT TOO, CALLED ME EACH DAY ON THE PROGRESS. THEY ALSO REDUCED HE 3 DAY TIME TO TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE THEIR SERVICE. i GIVE THEM 3 GOLD STARS. I WILL RECOMMEND GERBER TO MY FRIENDS. Keep up your good service. Satisfied customer
