Oklahoma - Awesome customer service! I had called 3 other places before finding the number for Gerber. The first 3 either didn't answer the phone or were surprisingly rude, took my name and called me back 4 hours later. I came across Gerber's number. The customer service rep was very helpful, set everything up. Within a few hours, the repair man was replacing my windshield at my apartment. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need auto repairs. Very friendly customer service, fast and easy process!

Illinois - Cancelled appointment because Gerber could not keep appointment. Made appointment on 06/10 for 06/14 AM repair. Technician called 06/14 AM and said he would arrive some time between 1-4pm. Could not wait at my home the entire day for Gerber to arrive. Gerber should keep appointments as scheduled and not expect customers to be available at location all day because you cannot schedule properly.

Just wanted to send kudos to Derek and Brent who provided me with quick glass repair service to the stone ding on my car. They were so quick that I was in the waiting area and didn't even realize they were done already until they called me out. :) Keep up the great customer service!

Colorado - Johnny Romero was our service man today and he was awesome. He called early in the morning to let me know how his day was going and then called again when he was 10 minutes away. Very honest and an efficient hard worker. He did an exceptional job and also explained his work. We appreciate his hard work and very friendly attitude.

Illinois - Hi, I am recommending Gerber Collision Glass. My vechile was in an accident last year. And I recently had it repaired. The Gerber Collision company was very efficient with transitioning my car, intaking my information, placing me in a rental, like johnny on the spot. Romeo the technician, had a very pleasant personality. He made me feel at ease. He explained that he will be taking care of my vechile. Everyday, he communicated the daily process and procedures that was taking place. I did not have to worry about, what was going on and when my vechile would be ready. Before I could ask certain questions, his daily messages answered it. The process was so easy. I picked Gerber Collision because one of the State Farm agents recommended them, by saying their work is good. I am telling you, the company made my experience very ... pleasant, and Romeo the technician was good at his work and very pleasant. He has a warm personality. The secretary at the front desk was very warm, efficient, and very pleasant. It is a nice, clean facility. Very calm and peaceful. This location, I am referring to is located in Oak Lawn, ILLINOIS. Illinois - first of all mark schulte your estimator was great from my first phone call to my pick up of my car . he called me and gave up dates on what was taking place and when the service would be completed. it was completed 1 day early. the work was excellent . i was very excited to see how clean the car came back outside and in. if i ever needed this work again this would be the only place i would come, and for sure would ask for mark, he's a great asset to your staff. thanks again don block
