Nevada - The installer Kris S. came out to do the install, he was very nice and provided excellent service, he arrived early and finished the job quickly, he had a great attitude and was very professional. Ally, the customer care provider was very helpful and courteous, she worked with me on my time frame, whether I'd be at work or at home and was a pleasure to deal with. They made the claims process very easy to deal with.

Colorado - John Nomeno was fantastic - his dilligent work to locate the missing Ford Flex mouldings today has allowed our Emergency Services Director to continue the work she is doing for those people effected by Colorado wildfiles that have destroyed over 500 homes. Thank you John!

Illinois - Thank you Gerber! It was so easy, it felt odd not minding that I got in a fender bender! Everything was convenient....location and the car rental across the street. When I dropped off my car I didn't have to wait at all. David was fantastic...friendly and knowledgable. I loved that I got text updates regularly and that David called twice a week. I never felt stressed about how long my car was taking because just when I was wondering where things were in the process, he would be calling with answers to all the questions I had. Plus, my care was finished ahead of schedule! You can't beat that! I would definitely use Gerber again. Thanks!

Illinois - We had to have repairs done and they did all the a great job fixing our truck but I had left my truck a mess from having car seat, kids lol and to my happy surprise they went above and beyond by vaccuming my truck and saving me the extra trip I believe I would need to do which I didn't have time to before dropping it off for repair. The customer service is amazing and I would so recommend them in the future.

Colorado - When our SUV developed a major windshield crack, Gerber scheduled the mobile glass repair job in less than 24 hours. The serviceman was prompt, highly professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did the job in less than an hour, and followed up with a phone call to give instructions after the repair. Five stars to the repairman and the company!

Illinois - Cancelled appointment because Gerber could not keep appointment. Made appointment on 06/10 for 06/14 AM repair. Technician called 06/14 AM and said he would arrive some time between 1-4pm. Could not wait at my home the entire day for Gerber to arrive. Gerber should keep appointments as scheduled and not expect customers to be available at location all day because you cannot schedule properly.
