I have been unable to access the www.true2form.com/feedback address but I still wanted to give my thanks and praise, once again, to Gabe and the entire team at the Route 100 True2form. Needing to get your vehicle repaired is never convenient or fun, However, I can truly say that the entire group at True2form do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience and actually make it fun to come into the shop. Getting a once and done customer is easy, getting a repeat customer is a whole other ballgame. Route 100 True2form is the super bowl of customer service champions!

'staff very friendly gave us detialed report od how our car would be fixed from start to finish and in writing and was done a day early. for a body shop very clean and no bad paint smells that you get at other body shops. every one at the pen argyl location was great and we will always go there. our car looks GREAT thank you everyone at the pen argyl location!!'
