'They are truly devoted to making sure that they can provide you with the best service they can possibly provide. I did not have to call and ask about the status of my car because every week at least twice a week they would provide me with pictures showing the progress of the repair. Their management is truly interested in making sure that they are always able to resolve any issues you might have. They are not "fake" about their service. They are real people and you can see and feel that you're not just "business" to them. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I already concluded with my business and I still call them to say hi and touch bases. I am truly satisfied with this shop. True2form in Fogelsville PA does a great repair job and customer service ranks A+...much better than the True2Form website where you can't leave any comments for the after-repair survey. I had to call and speak to someone regarding this problem...was told they're not familiar with True2Form but to go onto the Gerber Collision website. Alas, on this submission directly above this feedback I'm now typing, there is no selection for True2Form in PA.
