'I was very pleased with the service right from the moment I walked in the door. The facility was very clean & welcoming to the public. The girls at the front desk were very polite greeted us at the door and made us feel right at home. They process of dropping off the car was very quick. I love the fact that my insurance company was stationed at the facility & that they had a rental car waiting for me.... All this and no waiting!!! Just hand over the keys and on your way. I was surprised of how quick they looked at my damage and got back to me. They let me know when my car would be done and provided updates through phone calls and website. What shocked me the most was when I got a call saying my car was done earlier then expected. I was able to just drive to the facility leave the rental right there sign my paper work and be on my ... way. Again when I walked in to pick up my car the girls at the desk greeted me and were very polite welcoming and very quick with the process. I was so happy to get my car back but I was shock and my jaw dropped when I saw my car. I wasn't expecting to see my car detailed inside out they even shampooed my interior..... 'It is very hard to find not only a car repair shop you can trust but far exceed your expectations. From the estimate guy the secretary office manager (?) and car repair men have I never encountered such a wonder team. I went to a man that I have known for 10 years to initially do my repair and I chose to have my work done at your shop instead. I would Highly recommend your shop to my new friends in the area (I am from New Jersey) I wish I could remember everyone's name but I feel badly only giving a few. In my line of work there is a big movement in customer satisfaction and in my eyes you already have that down. Oh and I forgot to mention the work done was far better then I expected and I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist. The nice clean exterior and interior. Good afternoon. I just wanted to email you and let you know how outstanding one of our TLC shops were to an Insured today on a three way call. I had an insured call in a claim and he wanted to go to True2form on Route 100 in Fogelsville PA for an appraisal. I made the three way call to confirm the appointment. We spoke with Tiffany at the shop to set up the appointment. Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She had me smiling and I wasn’t even the customer! She did everything she could to work with the Insured to arrange for this appointment. The Insured has his two children during the day, so he was going to have to drop his vehicle off the night before and pick it up the next night. Instead of having our insured be without a car, she offered to have him come over and they could have him in and out in 5-10 minutes. The insured was very ... impressed with this, since he would have his two children with him. Then, when setting up a time, the insured asked for some time “after lunch.” Tiffany then went on to ask what time his children ate lunch and if they needed to take naps at a certain time. Tiffany really went above and beyond to make sure the appointment was not an inconvenience to our Insured. Working for a company who has strong values for customer service, it is important for us to have shops such as True2form and their employees, such as Tiffany displaying such incredible customer service while working with our customers. read more

'The actual work was great! Couldn't tell the car was ever hit. Slight issues with the cleaning of the vehicle though and my interior lights weren't working. Brought it back the changed fuse and scheduled a full cleaning for my car. Kyle and Joe took care of me did a great job will recommend them to all my family n friends.... :-)'
