Eveyone at this location was very welcoming and informative about the services to my car. They booked my rental and it was there on time, with bare minimal wait time. My car was fixed in less than 2 days and they did an amazing job. The assistants in the front were very nice and welcoming. From the estimate with the insurance company until today 1-9-13 the process went very smoothly and I appreciated the minimal wait time because I'm a very busy person. Thank you to everyone that helped assist me, I truly appreciate it. I will recommend this shop to my friends, co-workers, and family. -Tara Undercoffler

car turned out very nice, excellent service from manager to tech, to office personal . Gabe and his team including tech George and Kate and Ruth are awesome to work with. They made sure everything was perfect. Very courteous through the whole repair. I can,t thank them enough.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. They were very accommodating when I needed access to my service van to get material. The workmanship was very good and the van was cleaned both inside and out. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was excellent! The best part about my experirence was the store manager Randy remebered me from my first visit. This dates back to when the company was known as True to Form. All the staff were very customer friendly and very professional. I will continue to use Gerber for any collision repairs in the future because of the two great experiences I had thus far.

the worked performed on my car after the accident was amazing. gerber collision representatives were very informing and cooperative. I ccouldn`t even feel a difference in driving my vehicle before and after the accident. thank you for the proffessional job you have done

During the fall, at dusk, the sunlight allowed the visbility of a serious inclusion beneath the paint. I called your offices, only to be greeted with pleasant, supportive, and sincere associates. Awesome job!!! I have never been in an accident before and was really not sure how to handle it. However, everyone at Gerber Collision in Pen Argyl was just amazing. They kept me informed the entire time. And when I went to pick up my truck, it was so clean inside and out I hardly recognised it. Thank you Gerber Collision, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

Wanted you to know how much I appreciate the great job you did on my Nissan Frontier. Wasn’t expecting the expert detailing inside and out - very nice touch! I have another vehicle that needs work; don’t know if it is something you would do. My wife’s 2007 Hyundai Sonata has damage to the passenger-side outside rearview mirror (back of housing is cracked and broken, but mirror is intact and still electronically adjusts). If so, I’d like to get a quote. I’m not real committed to doing the work if it’s too much money (again, mirror still works and I think it would pass inspection), but I’d like to at least find out what the cost would be. Please reply and I’ll find some time to get it over to you to look at. Thanks again.
