It was a great experience and people where very nice. I love the fact they kept me in the loop on what was exactly going on with repairs. Its not like othe shops. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend gerber to anyone. Thanks again for everything.

I am as usual always very impressed with Gerbers courtesy, their professionalism and speed of work. I was immediatly assisted in my needs, my car repair was taken care of asap, and my car was kept at their premesis for a few days as I was unable to pick it up. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone for their car collision needs

I was very pleased with the recent collision repair made to my car by your body shop in Allentown, PA. Randy Kuntz the repair process manager kept me updated twice each day, It's a first that I wasn't the one who had to call for updates on my car. When they received a defective part for my rear bumper, Randy made arrangements to quickly obtain a replacement part thrugh a GM dealer. I still got my car back first thing Friday morning. The bumper looks like it once did when I bough the car new. Thanks again for a great job.

The people at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville PA were absolutely wonderful. They were exceptionally nice to me, quick to help, and very thorough. The repair on my car was perfect and they went above and beyond in caring for my car while in their possession. They even stayed late for me so that I could pick up my car after hours. Highly recommended!

The quality of the fit and paint are superb! My passenger side door looks exactly like the original, as if nothing ever happened! Plus they went above and beyond on the cleaning of the vehicle! Extremely happy, to which is why i am a returning customer and referred them to this Ins. company,which isn't mine,when this accident happened.

Randy was very communicative. He emailed frequently regarding the status and where my car was in the process of repair. He said my car would be ready by 2 pm, and I was there by 215, and the car was completed and ready to go. Positive Experience.

This was the 'best' part of what might have been a completely harrowing experience. I met with Gabe and immediately my decision to go with Gerber was correct. I loved getting pictures of my vehicle while it was in various states of repair. And to top it all off, my car was immaculately clean when I picked it up, outside AND inside (not exactly how I dropped it off). If the need should ever again arise, I will go back to Gerber. And the counter staff was professional and friendly, determined to make my retrieval of my auto easy, comfortable and relaxed- even waiting after official hours for my to arrive in a snow storm. My vote for best collision repair experience lies with Gerber! Thank you team, it was great.

The women who work at the front desks were amazing! I had reservations going to a chain to for my repairs, but they made it feel like a family-owned business. They relaxed me immediately with their kindness and senses of humor. They worked hard to get me in the cheapest rental car as quickly as possible. Ruth was my contact beyond that. She was extremely professional and quick to respond, even during and after Hurricane Sandy. She was kind enough to ask the company to pay for my car rental for the days the shop was closed - something that was not necessary, but very generous and appreciated. There was a minor error in installation of one part - I brought it into the shop and was out of the door, with the error fixed, within five minutes. I was headed to an appointment, so I was very grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend this site. I ... would even feel comfortable recommending another Gerber Collision & Glass site due to the world-class service at the Fogelsville location. I only hope the company realizes what valuable assets they have in their employees at this location. read more

I was very pleased with the service i recieved. My car was processed quickly, efficiently, and done right the first time. The people at the shop were extreemly friendly and nice to work with. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever with my experience with Gerber Colision, and I will be sure to recomend your shop to anyone needing body repair.
