I mainly dealt with Kate and she kept me informed of what was happening and worked with all employees involved to get my car back to me on the day promised. Service overall was excellent!! Stopped in to gerbers about concern for a rust problem devolping on the back panel of my Subura Outback..I had work to that panel done 8 yrs ago after a collision. I can not tell you how surprised I was with the attention and service I had recieved..The work was covered over warranty and it was handled professionaly by everyone I came in contact with, Thank you so very much I am really pleased with the whole experience..It looks like New!!!!!
