The quality of the fit and paint are superb! My passenger side door looks exactly like the original, as if nothing ever happened! Plus they went above and beyond on the cleaning of the vehicle! Extremely happy, to which is why i am a returning customer and referred them to this Ins. company,which isn't mine,when this accident happened.

Randy was very communicative. He emailed frequently regarding the status and where my car was in the process of repair. He said my car would be ready by 2 pm, and I was there by 215, and the car was completed and ready to go. Positive Experience.

This was the 'best' part of what might have been a completely harrowing experience. I met with Gabe and immediately my decision to go with Gerber was correct. I loved getting pictures of my vehicle while it was in various states of repair. And to top it all off, my car was immaculately clean when I picked it up, outside AND inside (not exactly how I dropped it off). If the need should ever again arise, I will go back to Gerber. And the counter staff was professional and friendly, determined to make my retrieval of my auto easy, comfortable and relaxed- even waiting after official hours for my to arrive in a snow storm. My vote for best collision repair experience lies with Gerber! Thank you team, it was great.

The women who work at the front desks were amazing! I had reservations going to a chain to for my repairs, but they made it feel like a family-owned business. They relaxed me immediately with their kindness and senses of humor. They worked hard to get me in the cheapest rental car as quickly as possible. Ruth was my contact beyond that. She was extremely professional and quick to respond, even during and after Hurricane Sandy. She was kind enough to ask the company to pay for my car rental for the days the shop was closed - something that was not necessary, but very generous and appreciated. There was a minor error in installation of one part - I brought it into the shop and was out of the door, with the error fixed, within five minutes. I was headed to an appointment, so I was very grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend this site. I ... would even feel comfortable recommending another Gerber Collision & Glass site due to the world-class service at the Fogelsville location. I only hope the company realizes what valuable assets they have in their employees at this location. read more

I was very pleased with the service i recieved. My car was processed quickly, efficiently, and done right the first time. The people at the shop were extreemly friendly and nice to work with. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever with my experience with Gerber Colision, and I will be sure to recomend your shop to anyone needing body repair.

I was very impressed with the personal care that everyone whom I had contact with a Gerber gave to me. Gabe provided me with a detailed walk-through of all of the services he provides and upon disassembling my vehicle before the repair he explained all the work that would be done to repair my vehicle and he allowed me to inspect my vehicle at that time. He then invited me back at any time to inspect his work throughout the process. I received regular emails updating me with the progress and the vehicle was completed 4 days ahead of schedule. Thank You--my vehicle looks great.
