All the Gerber employees I had contact with were extremely friendly. The repair process was hassle free. Gerber kept me informed with all aspects of the repair process from towing the car, the rental car and the actual repair. I took the car for a weekend trip and had no problems. Thanks to Gerber and all their employees for making this process painless.

Unfortunately, I have had to have various repairs to various vehicles over the years. After being rear-ended on 2/14/12, my third call was to these folks to see when I could get my car in. I have used True to Form (now Gerber) for all of my repair needs. The entire staff, as always, was fantastic, and the workmanship...top-notch. They provided me with regular updates on the status of my car and had it done in the timeframe promised. I have in the past, and will continue, to reccommend these folks for collision repairs. Thank you so much to this team for all that they do !!!

Great service and reliability. They called twice a week and let me know how they were doing with my vehicle. So far, vehicle drives the same which is great and also looks brand new. I still don't know how they were able to do it. No problems what so ever with these guys. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

My glass window fell in my door panel after i tryed to put my window down in the freezing cold temps. I was not having a good day :(. So i decided to stop during lunch hours at Gerber to see if they could help me. The manager came out to my car and said it prob would be about $150 plus to fix but would have someone look at it first. I sat in the waiting room worried but he pulled out the glass from the car free of charge!! What a knowledgable and caring team!!! They took there time for me and made all the difference in my day :). Thank You
