Not only did they do a fantastic job on my Toyota Camry, but their customer service is unparalleled. Gabe was simply the best. He is kind, considerate, patient, and understanding. Most importantly he was definitely on my side. Most auto body shops try to squeeze every dime from you and your insurance policy. But that was not the not the case with these guys. They do everything they can to help you fix your car and get you back on the road ASAP. Truly a Remarkable job done on my car by Gabe and his crew. His estimation process was prompt and efficient. Their work was top notch and completed even before his very reasonable original estimate of time needed to complete the work. In a really pleasant surprise, they touched up a few other small scrapes and scratches - because they were already doing all that painting on my bumper. I left with ... our auto repaired as promised and on time, in a practically brand new car that glistened. Gerber Collision is an Outstanding body shop that will go out of their way to earn not only your initial business, but your repeat business. I could go on and on about this place. My experience at Gerber Collision and Glass was exceptional from start to finish. I was received warmly, I was treated nicely during the assessment and intake. I had no difficulty with the insurance company of the party who rear ended me. I was informed of the stages of my car's repair as they happened. IN addition, I was accommodated with a late pick up time on the day my car was ready for pick up. My car's condition after the collision repair was amazing. I was very pleased with the results of the repair. I will return to Gerber if I ever need to, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

This was our third visit to this location. The location is convenient, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, the personnel are friendly, informative and easy to deal with. Each time the repairs were made in a timely and completely satisfactory manner and the car was returned in spotless condition. I would not hesitate to make this my first recommendation to friends.

I can't say enough. 1st. Gerber made my appt. for the repairs around my schedule. 2nd. I received a phone call approx. 1.5 hours after I dropped the car off with some additional damage that was not seen until the front bumper was removed. 3rd. Gerber offered to repair a broken tail light that was not part of the accident at a reasonable cost. 4th. Gerber replaced the rear windshield wiper blade as a bonus. I picked up my car today and it looks great. Thanks

"Although the damage to my new car could be considered "minor", the service I received from Gerber was "MAJOR"!! Less than 24 hours from estimate to pickup of the completed repair was unbelievable. All personnel I dealt with were very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially Annie; and, to top it off the cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope I never have to have another damaged auto repaired; but if I do, there is no doubt that Gerber will be my first and only choice. I will highly recommend your facility to anyone needing auto damage repair."

Rear ended by a truck, Gerber had my jeep back on the road in two days! lights bumper and body work, all beautifully done. the car was not only repaired, it was cleaned waxed and spotless when I picked it up. Price was fantastic. They kept me informed of ever step, and also did the insurance footwork. Polite, easy to deal with, clean facility, super nice mechanics and customer service, this is an A+ facility!

I was greeted by the friendly staff when I arrived to drop my vehicle off for collision repairs. Kelly immediately looked up the information for my claim as Annie, Manager of the shop, asked me a few questions about the damage to my car then immediately went outside to look at the vehicle. I was given a copy of the estimate and told the repairs would be done in two to three days. Kelly knew that I needed a rental car,had a representative meet me to set up the rental and I was on my way. I received a phone call when my car was done and arranged to pick it up the next morning. Upon my arrival that day, Kelly and I checked out the car, I signed the paperwork and was good to go.
