I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received at the Easton Gerber,8030 Wm Penn Hwy. Easton, PA 18045.. Everyone starting with the front office women to the adjuster, and the boby work staff were all polite, helpful, informative and knowlegeable. The car at this point (I just picked it up today) looks great. The last thing I want to mention was the I was very pleased to see that the car was vacuumed and cleaned. I did thank everyone when I left, however please forward my thanks and appreciation to them. I will recommend Gerber to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you, Joyce Rizzo

What a wonderful experience i had here at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville. Rute, Kate and Tiffany were OUTSTANDING. They were ever so friendly. I loved the upates that I rcv'd via text/email. Loved the updated photos I rcvd w/repair status. Also, when I picked up the car - it was vacuumed out and showroom quality outside. THANK YOU. Overall - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. Will highly recommend Gerber to friends/family.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD FROM START TO FINISH. NO HASSLES, NO PROBLEMS. RANDY KUNTZ WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT EXPERIENCE. HE GAVE ME A WEEKLY, SOMETIMES BI-WEEKLY UPDATE ON EVERYTHING THAT WAS HAPPENING. IT WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH GERBER. I WILL RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO MAY NEED YOUR HELP IN THE FUTURE.

Excellent work on my car and excellent customer service. I was flabbergasted (in a really good way) to open my car to put my daughters car seat in to see that my car had been detailed as well. Whoever cracked through the glitter, crud and mud that a 6 year old girl managed to cultivate is an angel on earth. More than made my day - made my week! Next time my husband accidentally backs my car up into my mom's car, I know where I am coming! Thanks! Ingrid

I'm new to the area and after a minor fender bender decided to go with Gerber Collision in Fogelsville. Though the fender bender was minor the trucks lug bolts chewed up the side of my Passat pretty well. The folks at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville did a really wonderful job on my car and you cannot tell it even happened. Everyone I dealt with there (Tiffany, Dave and Kate) were professional courteous and, well...friendly. When we were all done, I felt a little bad about saying good bye! A really nice group. I hope I never need collision repair again, but there is no question where I will go, if I ever do. I will definitely recommend them to friends or anyone else I know looking for collision or auto glass work.

Gerber provides first class service. The communication before during and after my repair was exceptional! I was informed of the extent of vehicle damage, repair process and estimated completion date all before repair had started. I was kept informed during the entire process with daily email updates, including quality photos, and frequent phone call updates from my collision repair representative, Ruth. She, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about getting my car back to me in perfect condition. I would highly recommend the Route 100 Gerber Collision Center to anyone who is in need of vehicle repair.

My experience at Gerber Collision and Glass was exceptional from start to finish. I was received warmly, I was treated nicely during the assessment and intake. I had no difficulty with the insurance company of the party who rear ended me. I was informed of the stages of my car's repair as they happened. IN addition, I was accommodated with a late pick up time on the day my car was ready for pick up. My car's condition after the collision repair was amazing. I was very pleased with the results of the repair. I will return to Gerber if I ever need to, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

Not only did they do a fantastic job on my Toyota Camry, but their customer service is unparalleled. Gabe was simply the best. He is kind, considerate, patient, and understanding. Most importantly he was definitely on my side. Most auto body shops try to squeeze every dime from you and your insurance policy. But that was not the not the case with these guys. They do everything they can to help you fix your car and get you back on the road ASAP. Truly a Remarkable job done on my car by Gabe and his crew. His estimation process was prompt and efficient. Their work was top notch and completed even before his very reasonable original estimate of time needed to complete the work. In a really pleasant surprise, they touched up a few other small scrapes and scratches - because they were already doing all that painting on my bumper. I left with ... our auto repaired as promised and on time, in a practically brand new car that glistened. Gerber Collision is an Outstanding body shop that will go out of their way to earn not only your initial business, but your repeat business. I could go on and on about this place. This was our third visit to this location. The location is convenient, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, the personnel are friendly, informative and easy to deal with. Each time the repairs were made in a timely and completely satisfactory manner and the car was returned in spotless condition. I would not hesitate to make this my first recommendation to friends.
