Everyone I met at Gerber was courteous, helpful and professional. They took care of everything for me and made a difficult situation with my car much easier to get through. My car looked fantastic when they were done. They even washed and vacuumed the inside. I've been telling everyone about what a great experience I had. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Bath, PA.

I am 110% satisfied with the work that was done. They went above and beyond what I ever thought a body shop would do. The biggest surprise was that they cleaned my explorer inside and out and it looks beautiful. The dent, and scratches were all fixed and my fog light works again!!! I would recommend Gerber Collision to everyone!!!!

Gerber Collision of Fogelsville is TOP NOTCH!!! MY wife and I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident after the other driver ran a red light. After talking with Erie Insurance, I knew the only place to go for repairs was Gerber Collision since this was not the first time auto repairs had to be made to any of our vehichles. My Ford Escape looks like it came off the showroom floor! The technician did an awesome job!!! The customer service that was supplied to us by Kate and Tiffany in the front office was well appreciated. My wife and I both work in the service industry and it is refreshing to see that other people value customer service as highly as we do. Both ladies were very accomodating and my wife and I were taken care of promptly after arrival. Kate made sure that a rental car was ready and waiting for us so ... that we were not waiting on anything. Due to the excellent customer service and expert repairs made to our vehichle, we will not hesitate to call on Gerber Collision in the future. Thank you much for your excellent service. read more

I brought my car into Gerber collision for collision repairs, And Randy greeted me and had a rental car, right there for me!! What a convienance it was for me, Randy kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, by phone and or e mail. when my vehicle was ready I drove back to the shop in the rental to pick up my car, and only had to leave the rental to be picked up. I give this service a 10.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the repair and the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service I received during my recent visit to this facility. EVERYONE was so friendly and so accommodating to my needs. My incident was strictly a small bumper repair but it was done so quickly and then my truck was even washed...inside and out! Hopefully I will not ever need collision repair again but if I do, I will definitely return to this facility. Thank you.

my car was fixed in a jiffy! i have had my car repaired twice at Gerber and the work they do is amazing! this last time i had rear damage to my car and they decided to buff my entire car instead of just where the damage was! i would also like to mention that the employees at Gerber are very kind and caring. i would and will recommend Gerber collision & glass to ALL my friends and family!
