I can't say enough about how well Gerber Collision handled repair on my Ford F-150. They were very quick to give me an estimate, scheduled me to bring my truck the next day, and completed the job a day early. I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to other people that I know, to have repairs done on there vehicles.

They kept me informed on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle and when finished, the vehicle looked like brand new. I'm highly satisfied with our relationship. And I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received at the Easton Gerber,8030 Wm Penn Hwy. Easton, PA 18045.. Everyone starting with the front office women to the adjuster, and the boby work staff were all polite, helpful, informative and knowlegeable. The car at this point (I just picked it up today) looks great. The last thing I want to mention was the I was very pleased to see that the car was vacuumed and cleaned. I did thank everyone when I left, however please forward my thanks and appreciation to them. I will recommend Gerber to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you, Joyce Rizzo

What a wonderful experience i had here at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville. Rute, Kate and Tiffany were OUTSTANDING. They were ever so friendly. I loved the upates that I rcv'd via text/email. Loved the updated photos I rcvd w/repair status. Also, when I picked up the car - it was vacuumed out and showroom quality outside. THANK YOU. Overall - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. Excellent work on my car and excellent customer service. I was flabbergasted (in a really good way) to open my car to put my daughters car seat in to see that my car had been detailed as well. Whoever cracked through the glitter, crud and mud that a 6 year old girl managed to cultivate is an angel on earth. More than made my day - made my week! Next time my husband accidentally backs my car up into my mom's car, I know where I am coming! Thanks! Ingrid

I'm new to the area and after a minor fender bender decided to go with Gerber Collision in Fogelsville. Though the fender bender was minor the trucks lug bolts chewed up the side of my Passat pretty well. The folks at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville did a really wonderful job on my car and you cannot tell it even happened. Everyone I dealt with there (Tiffany, Dave and Kate) were professional courteous and, well...friendly. When we were all done, I felt a little bad about saying good bye! A really nice group. I hope I never need collision repair again, but there is no question where I will go, if I ever do. I will definitely recommend them to friends or anyone else I know looking for collision or auto glass work.

Gerber provides first class service. The communication before during and after my repair was exceptional! I was informed of the extent of vehicle damage, repair process and estimated completion date all before repair had started. I was kept informed during the entire process with daily email updates, including quality photos, and frequent phone call updates from my collision repair representative, Ruth. She, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about getting my car back to me in perfect condition. I would highly recommend the Route 100 Gerber Collision Center to anyone who is in need of vehicle repair.
