I had the pleasure of working with Randy K. at the Allentown site. I found Randy to be 100% helpful and customer oriented from my first contact via phone to final contact in picking up my vehicle. I was involved in a minor hit and run accident which took off my driver's side mirror and left my car unsafe to drive. This was my first time dealing with insurance and a collision shop, and I will never go elsewhere. Randy was professional and personable. I felt like he truly cared. Randy offered to contact USAA for me, gave me a timely estimate, set me up with a rental vehicle and overall made the process so painless and not nearly the hassle I thought that it would be. Gerber got my car to me the next day even, saving me money on the rental! Thank you so much, Randy. You made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands. ... I was in an automobile accident two weeks ago when my car was hit by two deer. I took my Dodge Nitro to Gerber Collision and was very impressed. They texted you messages and updates every day to let you know the status of my vehicle. It was completed in a great timely matter!! The staff is so friendly, and Kelly the receptionist and worker is a great person to deal with and gets the work done!! Would recommend them to anybody!! Great Job!!!

Your work on my Honda Fit was tremendous. When I picked up the car it looked brand new. The crew worked extra hard to make it look that way. Besides looking perfect and shining beautifully on the outside, the pine needles from my August trips to the Recycling Center were cleaned out of my whole interior. Both Ruth and Tiffany were extremely nice to work with. I am extremely impressed with the fine quality of work and service Gerber provides its customers. If such services are necessary in the future, I will definitely return to your business. Thanks for a job very, very well done.

We had a truly exceptional experience as a first time customer. After many years of using another repair service we were slightly skeptical . However we received excellent service from Jason and Randy. They were very helpful with our situation and went out of their way to assist us in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend your center to anyone looking for someone reliable and considerate of your needs. Our car looked like it did when we first bought it. We were really impressed with the workmanship but most importantly with the customer service. We are very grateful to all and very pleased with your workmanship. Ruth B., my customer service manager was very helpful. She advised us to the additional problems that the technicians found. We were so very grateful that the technicians really looked over the car very carefully and fixed all the additional problems. We felt that once the car was being worked on we wanted all problems addressed so that once complete we felt assured that the car was good to go. I would recommend this location to anyone who needed service. We also liked the warranty that came with the work for as long as we own the car.

My car was taken there the day (Friday) of the accident, they started working on the car the following Tuesday. the turn over time was amazing, they kept me informed on the progress, and were always courteous.

Everything went very smoothly with the repair of my vehicle. The staff was very helpful and very nice to work with. I did get a rental car thru Enterprise which was there when I dropped my car off. There were 3 people trying to pick up rentals at the same time. I think the rental car company should try and plan for that since they knew how many cars were getting picked up and everyone was scheduled for 8:30. But the shop was excellent my vehicle looks as good as new.

I had a very good experience with this place overall. They treated me very nice and even though they had a little trouble with finding the right paint for my car,they did a very very great job with it! Also i loved that my car looked brand new inside and out when it was all finished. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
