Randy did an excellent job of keeping me posted about issues/developments. He contacted me at each step in this complicated process including getting quotes, the claims adjuster review, parts and return of my repaired car. I would definitely use Gerber again and I would recommend your firm to family and friends. The quality of the repair and the detail work they performed on my car was also excellent. The car looks like new!
