I was 110% satisfied with the service provided to me at the location in Bath. I was more than satisfied at the job they did with my car- you can't even tell I was ever in an accident- looks good as new! Kelly did a great job at answering any questions I had and in helping me get my rental from Enterprise in a very timely manner. Karl took the time to go over what needed to be done, and he called me throughout the process to update me on my status of my car being fixed. If I ever need collision repair again, I would not hesitate at all to come back to this location. I also have no hesitation in referring my friends to this location. Thanks again for the great and friendly service! :)

Randy K. went out of his way to make this process as smooth as possible. Randy took care of getting the renter vehicle deliver to his location and taking back the vehicle. The other driver's insurance was Safe Auto, which was NOT easily to work with. Randy took care of communicating with them to get my vehicle covered. Randy also kept me informed by phone and email on a daily basis. Randy did a great job and I would recommend this place to others.

The employees did a wonderful job on my car. They always called with updates on what's they were with repairs and they took my rental back for me. All of my family recommended that I get my car fixed here after my accident and I'm glad that I did! I can't thank them enough for the support they gave and the amount of stress that they relieved!
