I wish that everyone would treat others like Randy K. at the Allentown facility treated me. My nieces car was towed to your facility after an accident. Randy put in the extra effort to give me details on the damage. He was patience with the shipper I hired to move the car to my home. His communication skills put me at ease in a business that can be very stressful. I would recommend your facility in a heartbeat because of the way I was treated by Randy.

The service and workmanship were excellent. Kate and Tiffany were very friendly and helpful. I was updated weekly on the status of my minivan. My van was returned in perfect shape and spotless inside and out. Huge thanks to the team that worked behind the scene. My special thank went to Mike for his great estimate and graciously agreed to order a new roller for one of the sliding doors when I told him it didn't closed smoothly.

I recently had auto body work done at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville, PA and have to say that everyone there was very kind, thoughtful and very customer-service oriented... from the estimator to the customer service women at the desk. The auto body seems to be great. No problems thus far. Thank you for a good experience at the Fogelsville Gerber Collision & Glass.

First, I must say, that I am hard to please. But Gerber exceeded all my expectations! I recently had to replace a severely cracked windshield in order to pass PA state inspection. I received a quote online and called their 1-800 number to make the appointment. The woman I spoke to on the phone in Chicago, IL was pleasant and was able to give me the out the door price of just under $270! $270 for a whole new windshield! THAT'S FANTASTIC! A mobile serviceman in a van showed up, while I was at work, and had a new windshield installed in under 20 minutes (according to my nosey neighbor). The best part, the glass is slightly tinted to match the rest of my tinted windows!! GREAT JOB GERBER! I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO ALL MY FRIENDS!

I had my mirror knocked off during the course of the night while I was sleeping. I was very upset about this incident but the people her took care of me very well. I was always greeted with smiling faces and offered coffee when I went into the office, also the work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this establishment.

I would highly recommend Gerber Collision. They are customer friendly, well trained in their craft. I have had to use them twice and found them to be thorough, detail oriented. You would never know that I had any damage done to my car. I am very satisfied with the type of work that they do and will continue to recomment them.

Great service the guys did an amazing job with my car it looks brand new! Took a little longer than expected but they paid for the rental so that was nice!
