My experience at Gerber Collision Center was of total satisfaction. Their work on my car was nothing short of Outstanding. I was taken care of directly - One-on-One by their Manager Gabriel Ferko. I have never in my life been treated any better than the way Gabriel handled my every need with total Professionalism and Class. He treated me like a Rock Star. I was working with Erie because my neighbor had backed into my car and their insurance was paying the claim. I chose Gerber after having worked with them a few years ago with another vehicle we owned. They were incredibly helpful and friendly! I hadn't called them ahead of time, and they received the adjuster's faxed estimate before we had any contact. I arrived at the shop about an hour later to talk with them, and they were getting ready to call me. They made the arrangements for a rental car for me and took care of everything. I was told it would be 3 days, and I dropped my car off on Monday, 4/28 during my lunch break. I called today (Wednesday, 4/30) on my lunch break for a status report and was pleasantly surprised when I was told that my car had just gone through detailing and was finished and they just hadn't had a chance to call ... read more

Gerber Collision and Glass did an excellent job with my vehicle. they were very professional. I am 100% satisfied. I will gladly refer to other people as im sure they will be as satisfied as i am. I had left a dollar and some odd change in my vehicle when i dropped it off, the money was not touched as i have trust in this Auto company.

The employees at Gerber have taken great care of me and my family over the years. My car was ready in the time they told me and I especially liked the text messages keeping me updated throughout the 3 day repair work. Katie and Mike are extremely courteous and professional during all communications. They rental car pick up and drop off was very convenient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for collision repair work.
