The staff at this location were extremely friendly and 100% professional. I would use them every time. They worked very smoothly with my insurance company and gave me all kinds of updates as to my car's status. In addition, when I got my vehicle back it was cleaner than I ever have it. Absolutely first-rate and highly recommended.

Went in today for an estimate and met with Karl S.. While we got no work done today, Karl was extremely nice and professional. Without a doubt I will be using Gerber Collision for any auto work I may need in the future.

Could not tell car was ever damaged. Paint blend absolutely beautiful. Car was returned cleaner than when I bought it at the dealership. Excellent friendly, convenient service-would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I was working with Erie because my neighbor had backed into my car and their insurance was paying the claim. I chose Gerber after having worked with them a few years ago with another vehicle we owned. They were incredibly helpful and friendly! I hadn't called them ahead of time, and they received the adjuster's faxed estimate before we had any contact. I arrived at the shop about an hour later to talk with them, and they were getting ready to call me. They made the arrangements for a rental car for me and took care of everything. I was told it would be 3 days, and I dropped my car off on Monday, 4/28 during my lunch break. I called today (Wednesday, 4/30) on my lunch break for a status report and was pleasantly surprised when I was told that my car had just gone through detailing and was finished and they just hadn't had a chance to call ... read more
