the staff was more than accommodating whilst I was absent of my vehicle .Tiffany and Dave handles my constant calls with such grace. And the car in which it was returned was fantastic~ the detailing and cleaning was a surprise! My satisfaction with Gerber exceeded expectations. Thank you so much team Gerber!

I cannot say enough about Randy and Jason and their level of customer service. From the first phone call I made to Gerber until my car was ready to be picked up, they were extremely professional, went out of their way to make the process more convenient for me, and were a pleasure to deal with. They handled a huge mix up on the part of the rental car company with professionalism and true concern for their customers. I will highly recommend this location of Gerber to my friends and family.

I Was extermely satisfied with their service. I and my wife were greeted with courtesy and concern. We each were fully explained as to what was going to be done. The stafff (Randy) helped with the car rental and concerns I had. They kepted us informed every other day on what progress was made. When the car was finished I inspected it and was completely satisfied with the job and care they took. The car was returned with no evidence of dust or dirt. The cleanliness was appreciated. The staff went over the work that was done and explained that, If any questions or concerns should arise I shouldn't hesitate to call. We would recommend them to others.

I took my car there for an estimate and they did the estimate and got me a rental car within and hour. Joe told me that it would take 8 days to finish the repairs and it was done in that time. The girl at the desk and Joe were just great. Very friendly and outgoing. More companies need people like that to work for them. I definitely will tell all my friends and family about the quality work that Gerber did for me and all the help I received. Thanks Gerber.

In my life time I've only needed a collision service a few times. But I believe working with Gerber has been the easiest. This is the second time I've worked with Joe & Kayla and my repair was major to my son's vehicle. Joe and Kayla stayed in touch with me to update me. The repairs were done in a timely manor and they did a great repair job. I'd like to thank all who were involved in this repair. Thanks.

My repair was paid by the other driver's insurance company. Gerber did a thorough estimate, handled all the paperwork, and suggested a date for repair on the same day, using email when appropriate. The repair was like new--better than before the accident. They even cleaned the inside of the car!
