The customer service was amazing. This was originally going through my insurance until the third party decided to pay out of his pocket. Mike and the rest of the crew at Gerber was so willing to help organize the third party billing process and even explained what would work best for me and the gentleman paying. A far as the repairs, it looked better than the day I picked it up from the showroom. The repairs looked great and to top it all off a complete wash and detail. Couldn't be happier! Thank You!

This is by far the best experience I've had with auto body shops. The staff was super friendly and did everything possible to accommodate my situation. The work performed on my 2014 Subaru Forrester was done perfectly. You can't even tell that my car was even in an accident. A little bonus as well, my car was given back to me cleaner then the dealer gave it to me. I'm not even joking, when I purchased my car it was dusty and floor could have been vacuumed. When I picked up my car it was spotless, washed, vacuumed, and the windows were crystal clear. I would recommend family, friends, and anyone who needs auto body work to Gerber Collision and Glass in Bath, Pa.

From the initial meeting and inspection, Rich was helpful, low-key and direct. This was a hit-and-run case initially and I had no idea how to proceed. I was able to find the responsible driver and then had to decide on how to proceed. I knew I wanted to have the work performed by Gerber. From when I brought the car in, the rental car interface, through the completion, I was kept informed of the progress through texts(cute) and voicemails. When I inspected the work, it was flawless and the car was immaculate. The assistant during the pick up was great. I would gladly recommend your place of business to anyone in need.
