I needed a small bumper repair on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The repair is PERFECT! I was given daily updates per text message on the progress of the repair. The Cherokee was completed ahead of schedule and when we picked it up it looked SHOWROOM NEW. Thanks for doing a great job.

I just picked up my car and couldn't be more pleased. The shop delivered on everything they promised. I received updates as the work progressed. They completed the job 5 days early. The repairs appear excellent. The paint matches perfectly. They even vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior before delivery. They explained the entire process at the beginning and assured me if there were any problems I could let them know. The entire process was painless. I would go back again if the occasion arose and definitely recommend them to a prospective customer.

Insurance company is motorists mutual wasn't listed in choices, excellet staff and service, car looks new ! Had an issue getting a part for my car and I really appreciate Gerber working with the rental and my insurance and offering to help with costs if insurance company wouldn't pay even though it was not in their control that wrong part was sent initially. highly recommended !

I had come into Gerber collision because I had my new car hit outside of my house while sleeping, when I had called them to set something up under the other persons insurance (progressive) they were so kind. They were understanding that i was frustrated that this had happened. What I liked the most about them is that they were very helpful and generous to me. They had a rental waiting for me there. They had called me twice to let me know the status of my car which I thought was very nice. When it had gotten done the car looked beautiful. I am very thankful that I had gotten to deal with Gerber collision. If I need any more repairs I will be coming back. The employees are fantastic. Job well done. Thanks everyone!

Great service and customer care as well. Tiffany and Michael and everyone who worked on my car did an outstanding job! The car looked wonderful not to mention clean and shiny, plus they finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely go there again and I will also tell my family and friends. I had a great experience at Gerber! The entire staff made it very easy to work with and kept me updated along the whole process. They were very professional and even offered to pay for a rental car if they couldn't deliver it in time. (They did deliver it in time they quoted me so it wasn't necessary.) I would definitely recommend their services!
