PA - 153 Pennsylvania 100, Fogelsville - 8/18/14

Repair was done quickly and car looks great! We were on vacation when it was done and they said it was ready and they washed it for us. When we said we couldn't pick it up for a few days they said they would rewash it so it would be clean when we got it. The inside was immaculate! They even washed my weather tech mats. They look brand new! Then I noticed a hand written "thank you" note in the car. Wow is all I can say. This company knows how to do business and take care of their customers! I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone! Thank you all so much for your outstanding service.

I was told the initial time frame would have been 7-9 working days. I dropped my car off on a Monday evening and had my car back Friday afternoon, which was fantastic. In addition, the final total came back under the initial estimate. I hope I don't ever have to, but if I ever need collision work done on any of my vehicles again, I will certainly bring it to Gerber. Thanks for a job well done!!

Collision repair was excellent on my vehicle. Estimator was thorough in his review of damage and very helpful in explaining repairs. Receptionist was very friendly and courteous and kept me apprised of status of repairs. When I picked up my car, they readily handled the return of my rental vehicle and estimator reviewed work done on car. In summary very pleased with collision repair and timeliness of work.

Gabe and the whole team were fabulous. They kept me informed all the time as my 2011 Camry was restored to its orignial pre-crash condition. I had to tell you that my concern was that it would never be right again. But thanks to there walking me through the repair shop and explaining how they repair it and that you have a lifetime guarantee gave me the confidence that it would be done right and that I had chosen the right place. I have had it back over two weeks now and am very pleased it does drive like new and looks like new which is the condition it was in before the guy ran the light and hit me. We did have a few tweaks after the initial fix but again Gabe explained everything and even provided a rental car at your expense to make it painless for me to get the work done. I am so glad that Progressive recommended that I use this location for my auto repairs. My car door was damaged by another car and my vehicle was less than two weeks old. I was so upset at the situation but the girls at Gerber (Ruth and Tiffany) made the process of getting my vehicle repaired so painless. I work in a customer service-based industry and value others that truly excel at making you feel like family. I can honestly say I hopefully never need to use Gerber again but if I do, I can not wait to go back. Thanks for a job well done all around Gerber.
