The folks at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville really went out of their way to make sure my otherwise inconvenient situation was as pleasant as possible. The office staff was great when it came to remembering names and faces, and generally created a friendly "neighborhood" atmosphere whenever possible. I had some concerns following the repair, to which Mike S. addressed and handled very professionally and efficiently. My family will gladly choose Gerber in the future, although we all hope it isn't necessary!

Thank you everyone at Gerber that helped fix my car! The service was so quick and such an easy process for me. They already had my rental car waiting there when I went to drop off my car, it was so convinent for me. Also thank you Karl for all your help and for keeping me updated on everything, and always emailing me back right away. At first my mom and I wanted to take my car to our other collision center we have always used for years, but after meeting with Karl I changed my mind and decided to get my car fixed at Gerber. I couldn't be anymore happier with my decision on that. My car looks brand new, they even did a few other touch ups for me that I had mentioned to Karl, and that was very thoughtful. My car was fixed so fast and I was so impressed with that. Karl also took extra time to make sure that if there was any damage under my ... hood, which there was that it would get taken care of. If I ever have to have any other car work done in the near future I will be bringing my car to Gerber in bath. Thank you guys for everything I really appreciate everything you guys have done for me I will definitely refer anyone that I know that needs work done on their car to you guys! You guys rock! I had an accident with my wifes' 2014 Kia Optima. Though it was minor, I reported it to my insurance company. They made arrangements for Gerber Collision to do the repairs.I was pleasently surpised when a Gerber representative called my to let me know arrangements had been made with a towing company to get my car to them. This was necessary because the car had a flat tire and Kia does not supply a spare tire. I was assured I would get a call from Gerber when our car arrived at their shop. True to their word, I did get a call advising our car had arrived the safely and intact. This was on a Thursday. I was told that they were completely booked with work and the earliest they would be able to look at our car was on the following Monday. Once again, true to their word, they called on Monday to advise they had looked at the car and they had ... to order parts from Kia to do the repair. On Thursday of the same week I got a call from Gerber stating the work was done and all I had to pay them was the deductable on our insurance policy. They would be open until 5 pm and closed the next day due to the 4th of July holiday. My wife works until 6pm so I had no way of getting to Gerber before they closed. The representative I spoke to said it was ok to pay our deductable over the phone with a credit card and our car would be left outside of their shop for us to pick up at our leisure. Overall our experience with Gerber was excellent. All calls from them were very professional. We would recommend them any time someone has a need for a collision company. read more

I am thoroughly satisfied with the services rendered by Gerber Collision in regard to the repairs to my son's Chev. Cobalt after his collision. Karl and the staff of Gerber Collision were nothing short of exceptional in regard to their professionalism and helpful and courteous attitude. Although Gerber is not real close to my hometown, I believe that I've found my new auto body/collision repair shop for any future needs ! Thanks Again, Guys !
