Excellent Service, Jim helped me to get my Mitsubishi Fixed in a quicker time frame with quality service. Even when some more parts where required after initial estimate, order was placed with manufacturer and my car was kept ready before the stated date. They also offered me 5 day free rental when my car was getting fixed which was not available in my insurance. Thanks a lot for everything and will surely recommend Gerber to my friends and colleagues.

The estimate was appropriate and the service was amazing. June at the front desk could not have been nicer and Patrick was very helpful. Our car looks so much better and it was completed on time. The added advantage of the Enterprise rental car so close by was an extra bonus. We will continue to use them in the future. Thanks so much for making this an easy experience!

Customer service and repair is excellent. They were very courteous, made me feel very comfortable and told me everything that they were going to do to repair my car. When I picked up my car it had been washed and it looked like new. Everyone was very thoughtful and answered all my questions. June at the front desk was so kind and helpful to me, and the gentlement who worked on my car provided such fast, wonderful service on my old car. I am just so grateful for all the work they did on my car, giving me periodic updates and answering any questions I had. AWESOME service from the minute I stopped by till the day I picked up my car! This was my 2 month old new car, that I was upset about being hit. Grange (not my insurance) recommended Gerber, and I am glad they did...the bumper looks Perfect...thank you! I have already recommended the Palatine shop to my daughter who unfortunately just got hit last week. I know you will do a great job. Lastly, the car was so clean when I picked it up...especially the windows...thanks

I brought my car in for an estimate on 3/20/13 and Joe Pyter was the Estimator. He was so very kind and came up with the best possible solution to to fix my car at a very low cost to me. The whole Gerber team at this location treated me with such kindness and respect. Next time we need a dent repair this location will be where we bring our cars.

Gentlemen, on a different issue. I recently had the opportunity to become a customer of Gerber Collision and Glass. I was rear ended by someone who failed to notice I was stopped at a red light. I used the Gerber facility on Rand Road in Palatine, just around the corner from my office. The folks there are all first rate. June, the administrative person, was extremely friendly, as was everyone else I spoke with. They all seemed focused on making sure that my experience with the company was as positive as it could be. I was very impressed.

Joe K and June were a pleasure to work with on our automobile repair. Joe was extreemly through on estimating and his timeline for completing the repair was very accurate. They were able to answer all my questions and if the opportunity arises I will recommend this location to anyone who has a need. The repairs look great and with the warranty I feel very comfortable that any issues that arise will be handled without issue.
