The car, once returned, was professionally cleaned and completed to my expectations. Although delayed a bit to painting time frame, my Chrysler 300 looked brand new. I appreciated the effort , but the time to complete and some of the messaging as to status needs to improve a bit. I do rate the service 5 stars and I would definitely refer others to this store. This is my second car repaired at this location and very satisfied with the service. Thank you !

Someone did a hit and run on the back door of my car in a parking lot. Since this was an insurance repair and would require paint, I decided to have some old (self-inflicted) damage to a front fender fixed at the same time. I'm almost glad that the car was hit so I was motivated to get it all fixed. The estimator, Robert E., was professional and careful and answered all my questions. I was given an estimate of 6 working days for the repair, but there was a delay in getting a part, so the computer auto-generated an revised pickup date of August 13. I was apoplectic when I called, but Chris explained about the auto text and said I could ignore the date. In addition, Robert left me a detailed message on my phone that I didn't get until the next day because my phone is useless about alerts that you have a call in the queue.
