Someone did a hit and run on the back door of my car in a parking lot. Since this was an insurance repair and would require paint, I decided to have some old (self-inflicted) damage to a front fender fixed at the same time. I'm almost glad that the car was hit so I was motivated to get it all fixed. The estimator, Robert E., was professional and careful and answered all my questions. I was given an estimate of 6 working days for the repair, but there was a delay in getting a part, so the computer auto-generated an revised pickup date of August 13. I was apoplectic when I called, but Chris explained about the auto text and said I could ignore the date.
