Just want you to know that I believe the Gerber location in Orlando at this location is FANTASTIC! Someone hit my 2008 PT Cruiser in the rear causing about $2500 in damage. I am a GEICO insurance customer. Brought my car to this location and WOW, what extraordinary customer service not to mention the fantastic job done on my car. It looks better than new. I want to pass my thanks along to Mike (I think his last name is Onofre) and also to Angel and the other techs that worked on my car. Dropped it off this past Tuesday morning and it was done by Friday afternoon. Unbelievable fast turn around time and outstanding customer service by everyone there. Absolutely amazing in all areas. My brand new car got hit and I was skeptical to say the least about if they could make it like factory new again. Angel was the agent I delt with for the most part. But everyone there was super helpful and friendly. The text message updates were great, I felt comfortable and informed. I got my car back yesterday and WOW they did an outstanding job. They took the time to go over the car with me and was super attentive to my concerns and preferences. I'll definitely be taking any of my cars if in need of body work back to Gerber Collision on S.
