Daryl H. was awesome! It is very hard these days to find good customer service. When you add to that genuine concern, it is over the top. We cannot thank you enough Daryl for the professional way that you handle your business. The crazy part of it all is we were not able to get our car fixed at this location because it would not have been ready before we had to head back home to Michigan. (Thank you Daryl for your honesty) . Daryl gave us his information and told us to call him as soon as we got back to Michigan because he wanted us to let him know we made it safely. Who does that? The service that was provided was Perfect and Professional!! I have an extremely busy life and was stressed due to having to get my car repaired, but from the time I called Gerber to set up appointment I immediately felt at ease. My car was repaired within a few days earlier than originally planned! Awesome! They also washed my car and took care of the rental for me, so I could be on my way! Just want you to know that I believe the Gerber location in Orlando at this location is FANTASTIC! Someone hit my 2008 PT Cruiser in the rear causing about $2500 in damage. I am a GEICO insurance customer. Brought my car to this location and WOW, what extraordinary customer service not to mention the fantastic job done on my car. It looks better than new. I want to pass my thanks along to Mike (I think his last name is Onofre) and also to Angel and the other techs that worked on my car. Dropped it off this past Tuesday morning and it was done by Friday afternoon. Unbelievable fast turn around time and outstanding customer service by everyone there.
