Hello, I just wanted to say how thankful I am to Darryl H. I was visiting from Jacksonville and the sun baked my rear view mirror right off while my family & I were enjoying Wet n Wild. I call another Gerber facility & he gave me a generalized way to repair the mirror, but when I called Gerber on 11725 S. OBT and reached Darryl, he also told me what to do, but he way above and beyond what I even expected. He told me that if I get the materials he would put it on for me. I can't tell you how pleased I was as I had tried to do it myself, but it fell down again and yes I panicked. I truly appreciate Darryl helping me as I was heading back home & did not want to travel on the highway with no mirror. He even offered us to come inside and have a seat while the adhesive cured. After he put the mirror back up, I asked him how much did ... I owe for the service...he said "Just make it back home safe", I was in awe. It is nice to know that there are still some caring people in the world. You have yourselves a very good employee and I thank you again, Mr. Darryl. You don't know how you calmed my nerves, thank you for helping me in my crisis. read more

This is my 2nd visit to this location, and the body work done on my car is fantastic. The attention to detail and level of communication by this very friendly staff is exceptional, and continually exceeds my expectation. The Geico Rep was awesome and very friendly/informative as well. When I dropped off they also noticed my battery was sluggish, and warned me of the problem. I went and purchased a battery, and one of the technicians (Charlie) actually installed it for me while the car was there. Amazing service!!!! I can't thank this individual and team for going out of their way to make sure my car was in the best shape it could be, and how they offered to lend this additional hand to me. That truly makes you think of the 'friendly neighborhood station' that works to build trust, strong community relations, and a defined level of service ... and excellence. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the location. I was also impressed with reception I received from Janet. Kerurig coffee was great. Dave made me feel I was in very professional hands. He made confident about the quality of work to be done on my damaged Lexus and assured me my car would be kept clean and free of sanding dust. Dave said he would call me twice a week to update the status of may and he did. Dave and Janet far exceeded my expectations as to the type of service I would receive from a body shop. Gerber Collision and Glass is an exceptional professional managed and customer oriented business. Kudos to the management that fosters this environment. Daryl H. was awesome! It is very hard these days to find good customer service. When you add to that genuine concern, it is over the top. We cannot thank you enough Daryl for the professional way that you handle your business. The crazy part of it all is we were not able to get our car fixed at this location because it would not have been ready before we had to head back home to Michigan. (Thank you Daryl for your honesty) . Daryl gave us his information and told us to call him as soon as we got back to Michigan because he wanted us to let him know we made it safely. Who does that? Thank you for caring about us even though we were unable to be your customer!!!!! We need more people like Daryl in the work force for sure! The service that was provided was Perfect and Professional!! I have an extremely busy life and was stressed due to having to get my car repaired, but from the time I called Gerber to set up appointment I immediately felt at ease. My car was repaired within a few days earlier than originally planned! Awesome! They also washed my car and took care of the rental for me, so I could be on my way! If I ever need Anything repaired on my car again, I will choose Gerber! Thanks ,
