I brought my car in during the busiest season (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) for an estimate. They were booked solid, but it was worth the wait. This was one of the options that worked directly with my insurance, I only had to pay my deductible and everything was taken care of from there. The estimator and the office manager were, to say the least, of infinite help. Not to mention, the pristine conditions in which the technicians returned my car to me. Yesterday I stopped by one of your competitors to get an estimate on a simple repair to the rear panel that had come loose after going through a car wash. The competitor told me they didn't have anyone able to look at it and couldn't possibly give me an estimate until later in the week. Needless to say, I was taken aback that a body shop couldn't take a quick look and tell me if they could repair the damage and at least give me a ballpark figure on the repair. It just so happens, I passed your shop on my way home and decided to stop. I am so glad I did. Your estimator, Jeffery B. was outstanding. From the moment I enter the office Jeffery made me feel welcome. Even though he was on the phone with another customer, Jeffery offered up a big smile and managed to say "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you...". After he got off of the ... phone, Jeffery apologized again for the delay and thanked me for my patience. Well done...! He immediately agreed to step outside and look at my vehicle. He instantly assessed the problem, which turned out to be a couple missing screw. He said it was a 5 - 10 minute repair and it could be done now. I asked how much would it cost, and to my surprise he said "It's not worth me charging you. Just remember us when you, or someone you know has a need for body work." Believe me, Gerber will be the first and only body shop I will use or recommend, and it's all because of my interaction with Jeffery B.. He is truly an asset to your company. read more

Unfortunately this is the third time I had to use Geber due to collisions that were not my fault. I keep going back because of the friendly staff and the excellent work that they do.
