This is an easy five star rating. The whole interaction between Noli, the receptionist, and Jeff, the...car guy, was of superior service quality. Jeff & Noli both knew me by first name and went out of their way to exceed my body shop expectations. Jeff offered detailed explanations about what was being done to my car, noting that I had limited knowledge in the subject. They both are exemplary, trustworthy, and kind employees that deserve to be recognized. I will certainly return to this Gerber location for any future repairs.

What a great experience. Had to cancel my appnts with autonation colission for giving me the runaround for two months. Went to Gerber and had my SUV repaired in less time than it took Autonation to call me back. Noli and jeff were amazing. The customer service is second to none.
